In accordance with the Law of 16 May 2023 transposing Directive (EU) 2019/1937 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 October 2019 on the protection of persons who report breaches of Union law, SOS Détresse has established a dedicated reporting procedure for whistleblowers.

To this end, SOS Détresse, in collaboration with SEEZAM, has implemented a secure reporting channel to ensure full compliance with the legislation and to guarantee complete confidentiality.

Through this whistleblowing channel, any person may, if they wish, report - anonymously or not - any violation or omission contrary to the purpose or spirit of national or European law within the scope of SOS Détresse’s professional activities by clicking the following link: Whistleblowing Channel.

Via this reporting system, SOS Détresse is committed to protecting whistleblowers and handling reports in accordance with the applicable legal provisions and timelines. The whistleblower will receive an acknowledgment of receipt within seven (7) working days and will be informed of the outcome of the investigation following their report.

Please note that this whistleblowing channel is strictly limited to reports falling under the scope of the Law of 16 May 2023 and does not serve as a communication channel for other types of complaints or requests. For such matters, please contact us at info@sosdetresse.lu
